I've lived in Cleveland a year, you think I would have see this by now. Well this morning I finally witnessed it. You can just brush all your sticks and leaves to the side of the curb and the city comes and sucks it up! It's awesome. I always used to see people in Utah brushing out their gutters and I hated bagging loads of leaves.
Just move to Cleveland.
