April-May 2016

Our 2nd bone breaking incident happened on Devin's 3rd week of his broken arm...
MATT!
He was playing goalie, while playing on an indoor soccer team. He dove for the ball and badly broke his collarbone. It was SO bad. He had to have surgery, where they had to install a metal plate and screws. Luckily, Matt only had to miss about a week and a half of work, and was able to bounce back fairly quickly, once he had surgery.

That made for 2 right-slinged brothers.

While Matt was in surgery, we missed Luke's Space Derby. Thankfully, Grandma
Clark saved the day and took the boys.
 School Safari at Luke's school.

We took a weekend trip to St. George with G and G Clark.

Luke's school had a fun "Mini Marathon" where we ran 2.6 miles!
 Bean Museum with the wolves!
Dress up at Gma J's house.

The beautiful GREEN mountains this spring.
Notice the little footprints on my car?

This was pretty cool. Luke's school did this. He's in the bottom left corner of the E.

Pack meeting, they met Havoc, PG's K-9,
Luke is a pretty persistent and motivated kid.
One Sunday, he spent 4 hours sewing this pillow, by hand!

Thanksgiving Point Farm, with my little animals. :)

 Last Day's of School!!!

The right is the FIRST day. The left is the LAST day.

More of my handsome men on the last days of school...

James couldn't be left out either.
Dev's preschool graduation and program.
We loved his time at Stepping Stone's Academy this year!

Devin Starts Pre-K!!!

Our little firecracker, Devin, started pre-k this year!
He will be turning FIVE next week, and barely misses the cutoff for Kindergarten this year.
And I am a-okay with that! I think an extra year will be good for him. :)

He'll be going to this wonderful preschool near us. They focus a lot on music and art.
They have four classrooms, and each class rotates through all four classes each day.
One room is a big art studio. Another room has a stage where they learn about instruments, music,
dancing, singing and performing. And another is a big play room with different stations, they read and play. In the last room they learn phonics, letters/numbers, etc.

So far he loves it!
I just can't believe he'll be turning five already!

Everyone always comments on his (and James') red hair. I see it so often I sometimes
don't realize how red they are, until I see photos of them! It's hard to believe we have two
little red heads in our family. But I love it!!

A 2nd Grader is in the House!

This big cutie is our newest 2nd grader!
He chose his "cool" outfit and even combed his own hair "up and over."
 That face though....!

We can't miss those awesome teeth that are coming up all over the place.
This year he's finally going back to the same school he ended on from the
year before. This will be his third school! He is such a champ.
He was a tad nervous and a little excited.

Thankfully our new neighbors have two kids going to the same school, and one
is in the same grade as Luke. So we're carpooling together this year. I think
it will be a lot more fun, exciting and easy for him to run off to school when
he has a friend to go with. Plus there are a few familiar faces there this year,
and I am thankful for that. I have high hopes for this year! He seems to have
a great teacher too.

Yay! For Second Grade!!!!

The First Day of School 2014

This year Luke started 1st grade in Salem.
He's going to the same school his daddy went to and he thinks that is just the coolest.
The best part is that he is absolutely loving it! The only downside is we'll probably
be moving closer to Matt's work later this year and he'll have to move schools.

Devin started preschool this year and also LOVES it! It's only 2
days a week and is super closeby, which is nice for me. :)
These two cuties...
I spy a little peeping 1 year old...

After looking at these pictures, I'm realizing Devin's theme was blue
and Luke's was red...that wasn't really planned. :)

Luke hasn't lost any teeth yet...but he sure has some shark teeth!
Silly boys!
